Morgan Lynch, Co-founder, Chairman top
Morgan is the Chairman of Logoworks where he has overall responsibility for achieving the company vision of becoming the brand small businesses trust for graphic design solutions. Prior to co-founding Logoworks, Morgan worked at InsurQuote, a venture-backed software company that developed ratings software for the insurance industry. Morgan started in sales and later ran corporate marketing, reporting to the CEO. During Morgan's tenure at Insurquote, the company raised venture financing, grew to over 500 employees, and was acquired by ChannelPoint for $320 million. In part, his experience developing a new corporate identity for InsurQuote inspired him to create Logoworks. Morgan holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University

Paul Brockbank, Chief Exective Officer top
Paul is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Logoworks. Previously Paul was the CEO of Enhance Interactive (formerly ah-ha.com). He led the company to rapid growth and it was sold to Marchex (NASDAQ: MCHX). He has held a variety of senior leadership positions throughout his career, including: Vice President and General Manager of the Client Services Group for Franklin Covey, Managing Consultant for the Covey Leadership Center, and other strategic roles with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Trammell Crow Company. In these capacities, Paul has delivered significant results and implemented multiple new business initiatives and turnarounds. He has engineered strategic relationships with Motorola, McDonalds Corp, Kinko's, Microsoft, AT&T, General Electric, and many others. Paul holds an MBA and BA from Brigham Young University.

Bob Kagle, General Partner, Benchmark Capital top
Bob is a veteran venture capitalist famous for his investments in leading consumer and Internet businesses. His investments include AllPosters.com, Ariba (ARBA), Art.com (acquired by Getty Images), eBags, eBay (EBAY), E-Loan (EELN), Friendster, Get2Chip (acquired by Cadence), Jamba Juice, PeopleSupport (PSPT), Potbelly, Synopsys, uShip, WorldWinner.com, Zipcar and zipRealty (ZIPR). Prior to Benchmark Capital, Bob spent 12 years as a General Partner with Technology Venture Investors. He also worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. Bob holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute (renamed Kettering University) and an MBA from Stanford.

Tod Francis, General Partner, Shasta Ventures top
Tod began his career two decades ago at Johnson & Johnson, marketing Tylenol and related drugs. Excited by the prospect of selling brand-new goods to consumers, he joined Ram Group Marketing Management, where he consulted for Pepsi and helped launch new products including Pace Picante sauce. Later he joined Trinity Ventures as a General Partner, where he helped build mass-market brands including Jamba Juice and PF Chang's China Bistro. Tod is perhaps best known for his dedication to investing in Internet companies even when Internet investments were out of fashion. Those investments include BabyCenter, which was later acquired by J&J, and online jewelry retailer Blue Nile which held a successful IPO in 2004. Tod founded Shasta Ventures in 2003, a $200 million venture capital firm where his focuses on investing in Internet companies serving the consumer and small business markets. Tod holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and an MBA both from Northwestern University.

Craig Sherman, CEO, Gaia Interactive top
Prior to joining Gaia Interactive, the world's largest virtual world for teens as CEO, Craig was an Entrepreneur-in-residence at Benchmark Capital. Prior to Benchmark, Craig was COO of MyFamily.com, where he helped grow the company from $23 Million to $150 Million in sales. Prior to MyFamily.com, Craig was Regional Vice-President of American International Group (AIG), Craig ran AIG's marketing and e-business efforts in Japan and Korea resulting in over six billion dollars in annual revenues. Prior to his work at AIG, Craig was President and CEO of Cendant Japan where he launched the joint venture company, grew it to 500,000 paying customers and achieved operating profits ahead of schedule. Craig held various positions at Cendant including Vice President of Cendant's International Division and General Manager for a number of Cendant's US product lines. Craig graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University.

Mark Solon, Managing Partner, Highway 12 Ventures top
Mark brings 18 years of financial management and investing experience to his current position as Managing Partner of Highway 12 Ventures. In 1995 he co-founded Atlantic Capital Group, a private equity firm in Marblehead, Massachusetts that focused its activities in two primary areas: providing seed and early-stage private equity funding to companies worldwide, and delivering financial consulting for local governments and companies in the former Soviet Union. Mark went on to found Boise, Idaho-based Highway 12 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in high-growth, entrepreneurial companies in the Intermountain West. With over $100 million under management, Highway 12 is Idaho's largest venture capital firm. Mark is active in the Boise community and has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Discovery Center of Idaho and on the Board of Trustees of the Nature Conservancy of Idaho, and currently serves on The Idaho Business Coalition for Education Excellence.

Bill Woahn, Chairman and CEO, DriveSafety top
Bill currently serves as the President and CEO of DriveSafety, Inc., a venture-backed company with a mission to reduce deaths and injuries among teenage drivers through the use of simulation technology. Prior to joining DriveSafety, Bill was CEO of InsurQuote, a company that provides competitive analysis software tools to most of the largest insurance companies in the United States including Allstate, Travelers, The Hartford, Metropolitan, Nationwide, Progressive, Safeco, Kemper and many others. Bill holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a MBA from Brigham Young University.

Eric joined Constant Contact, the leader in email marketing for small businesses, in January of 2001. At Constant Contact Eric leads the overall sales and business development strategy that includes partnerships with American Express, AOL, Entrepreneur.com, Intuit, Interland, Network Solutions, Switchboard, VistaPrint and Websitepros. Eric has more than 16 years of senior level experience in sales, business development, marketing, and Internet strategy. Prior to Constant Contact Eric held positions with AltaVista, iAtlas, InfoUSA, MFS Communications, SBC Communications, and Citigroup. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Grinnell College and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
