| Paul is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Logoworks. Previously Paul was the CEO of Enhance Interactive (formerly ah-ha.com). He led the company to rapid growth and it was sold to Marchex (NASDAQ: MCHX). He has held a variety of senior leadership positions throughout his career, including: Vice President and General Manager of the Client Services Group for Franklin Covey, Managing Consultant for the Covey Leadership Center, and other strategic roles with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Trammell Crow Company. In these capacities, Paul has delivered significant results and implemented multiple new business initiatives and turnarounds. He has engineered strategic relationships with Motorola, McDonalds Corp, Kinko's, Microsoft, AT&T, General Electric, and many others. Paul holds an MBA and BA from Brigham Young University. |

| Eduardo is responsible for marketing, sales and customer service. Prior to joining Logoworks, Eduardo was Vice President of Marketing at Branders.com where he led their marketing and business development efforts. Previous to that, he helped lead E-LOAN through its rapid growth from pre-IPO to established public company as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. Eduardo has also helped launch and market products and services at Intuit, The Prudential and other web-based companies. Additionally, he has worked both as an independent marketing consultant and as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. Eduardo holds an MBA degree from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Haverford College. |

| Aaron is the Chief Product Officer for Logoworks within HP's Web Services and Software Business unit. He joined Logoworks after having served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Digital Photography and Entertainment organization of Hewlett-Packard. In his role as Chief Product Officer, Aaron leads the Logoworks Product Management organization and drives the value proposition, vision and product strategy for Logoworks. Aaron joined HP in 1989 and has held a variety of positions in marketing, business development and strategic planning. He has worked in several organizations and market segments including test and measurement, automotive diagnostics, telecom and imaging and printing businesses.
Aaron holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Arizona State University and a MBA from Santa Clara University. |

| Prior to joining Logoworks, Chris served as CTO and CEO of Enhance Interactive (sold to Marchex) where he oversaw business, operations and product development. Prior to his role at Enhance Interactive, he was an executive in the consulting industry, working for Booz Allen Hamilton and later for Andersen Consulting. Mr. Stevens has significant experience in the development, implementation, and management of information technology systems for clients in many different industries. These clients include AT&T, BellSouth, Pacific Bell, Standard & Poor's, and Air Force Space Command. Mr. Stevens received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rocky Mountain College. |

| Derek Ransom, Vice President of Finance |

| Derek is responsible for overall accounting and financial planning at Logoworks. In this role he oversees the general ledger, stock option plan administration, audit and forecasting functions. Prior to joining Logoworks, Derek worked on the finance team at Upromise, a venture backed company (Charles River Ventures, General Catalyst Partners and Kleiner Perkins) that specialized in college savings plans. Derek worked in a variety of capacities include financial planning, business analytics and overall corporate finance reporting to the CFO. Derek joined at the idea stage and helped grow Upromise to a company with $100 million in revenue. Upromise was acquired by Sallie Mae. Prior to Upromise, Derek worked as a strategy consultant at GeoPartners Research. Derek holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from MIT. |

| Rob leads Logoworks' designers and developers responsible for complex design projects (websites, brochures, and more). Before joining Logoworks, Rob worked as a writer, producer, and Creative Director for several international companies, including Publicis, the world's fourth largest advertising agency network. His experience includes creative work for a variety of clients including, American Express, Wells Fargo Bank, The 2002 Winter Olympics, Hoovers.com, UnitedHealthCare, and PETsMART. Today, Rob is committed to thrilling our customers with exceptional design work. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from the University of Utah. |
